A very useful starting place is the List of State Fair Employment Practices Agencies – TheLaw.com for a directory of state fair employment practices agencies. Choose two (2) states, other than New Jersey, and in no more than one (1) page, answering the following questions:
· Does state EEO law cover any employers that would be too small for federal EEO law?
· Does state EEO law protect homosexuals from employment discrimination, unlike federal EEO law?
